Spolight Discussion 团队找寻行业资深专家做线上电话会议和线下沙龙，活动。Reserach Analyst需要找寻合适的行业人士沟通，并邀请他们成为会议的嘉宾，主讲人。

One way in which we provide premium content is through Spotlight Discussions. These are group conference calls, private meetings and roundtables, where industry thought leaders discuss emerging topics of interest to investors.

In order for us to deliver on our aggressive growth targets, we would like to recruit an Analyst to assist our growing team in Shanghai in identifying and engaging with the most relevant industry professionals to take part in upcoming discussions.

As Analyst you will:
-Research industries in order to identify the most relevant individuals (C-level executives and practitioners working at the heart of their industries) to take part in conference calls, private meetings and roundtables on hot topics;
-Build relationship of trust and encourage these individuals to participate in discussions with our clients, while ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget;
-Develop relationships with existing Cognolink industry contacts and build new ones with experts you have identified;
-Work to tight deadlines alongside other members of the Spotlight Discussions team.

A successful candidate will have:
-Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone;
-Demonstrable skill in carrying out research with a logical and focused approach;
-A solid understanding of the wider business world; an interest in financial markets would be beneficial;
-Self-motivated; a resourceful nature, with a diligent and proactive approach to their work;
-The ability to work well within a team, under pressure and with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
-Fluent in spoken and written English
-Bachelor degree or above
-Strong communication skill
