职位描述
Purpose of the position
—To create and maintain SAP Commercial data – principally pricing & customer master data for simple customers
—To implement standard commercial process such as customer account opening process etc.
—Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional resolution of queries from customers and sales team.
Principal responsibilities
—To create and maintain SAP Commercial data accurately and timely – principally pricing & customer master data for simple customers
—To implement standard commercial process such as customer account opening process etc.
—Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional resolution upon master data queries from customers and sales teams
—To support annual price escalation campaign upon pricing data maintenance
—Ensure all the customer related files and data are effectively protected
—Ensure effective controls are in place to meet Corporate Governance requirements and all statutory requirements are maintained as per the directives set out by the appropriate statutory bodies.
—Ensure clear, accurate and disciplined communication between CSC and sales team.
—Maintain a commitment to a safe working environment.
Required key skills (functional/technical)
—Superior SAP knowledge
—Able to work under pressure/perform to deadlines
—Excellent communication skills within written and verbal in English
—Strong interpersonal skills
Required qualifications/experience
—Degree in business or any associated discipline
—Excellent Microsoft office skill, master EXCEL & Power point
—An understanding of basic commercial knowledge
