Job description and responsibilities
－Manage the delivery of tax compliance and consulting services across a wide range of China tax issues from both a technical and commercial perspective
－Lead team to provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations
－Identify business development opportunities and develop and launch products for the local and / or global markets
－Provide coaching and developing of others within the China tax team and prepare tax related technical write ups and internal training courses; keeping team members informed of work status
－Assist in the financial and risk management of the China tax practice
－Maintain a strong relationship focus and build upon and strengthen an existing base of networks
－Assist with and, where appropriate, undertake presentations on tax matters to both internal and external stakeholders
－High level identification of tax related issues and risks for clients and identify appropriate WTS solution sets to introduce in relation to those issues and risks
－Contribute to the overall success of the team by developing a thorough understanding of WTS methods to enhance service delivery; actively seeking assignments when unassigned; proactively seeking opportunities to provide tax services; challenging traditional procedures unused in the past; and attempting to find new approaches

Requirements:
－University graduates with at least 8-10 years-experience in international tax firm
－Holder of CPA, CTA or Lawyer license
－In-depth understanding of tax polices
－Excellent managerial, organizational, inter-personal skills
－Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service, be proactive
－Be mature, committed, motivated with strong sense of team work
－Excellent presentation skills
