3-5 years sales admin experience( good at report and know very well for sales department flow path)/ good at English and Excel

1. CRM update and management
a. Check contact info in CRM and inform Sales to add the missing data then report to Finance- daily work
b. Update contract info. in CRM(including: contract start and end date, monthly price, new or renew, etc.), and add corresponding Tele sales
c. Manage sales’ account (contact ) in CRM including new account build-up
d. Idle account as per CRM management rule( such as de-duplication, association, reassignment and etc.)
2. Report Management (pipeline report/activity report/renew report/revenue report/cancel or extension/quota etc.)
3. Contract Management: Provide contract to sales
4. PG trial Management: work with Research Solution Manager to updates PG trial application data
5. LS customer ID management
6. Other tasks assigned by managers and coordination with other departments very well
