Job description and responsibilities
－Demonstrate an understanding of tax policies directly to client situations
－Clearly explain the current regulatory environment and assist client to understand how to operate compliantly and effectively in today's environment
－Ability to analyze information and prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's complex business issues
－Develop and deliver quality advice with timely and responsive services/work products
－Build long-term relationships with local authority
－Manage the scheduling of projects and work of service team members; lead to prepare tax related technical write ups and internal training courses; manage and supervise senior and junior staff in day to day work
－responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

Requirements:
－A bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree in tax, accounting, trade or law
－A minimum of 5 to 6 years of related experiences
－Good relationship / skills with local authority will be an added advantage
－Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
－The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment
－Traveling within the PRC is required
－Excellent command of spoken and written English (fluency German will be advantage);
－Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS office and online research tools); and
－Additional credentials such as CTA, CPA, lawyer qualifications are a plus.
