职位描述
Mission:
To develop compelling business strategies for the Nike sports accessories and drive the overall category management and GTM process across functions
To build the specific category range, pricing, image and develop consumer preference & consumer loyalty to achieve the company sales and profitability targets
Responsibilities:
Develop category specific plan and strategy based on market data—sell-thru, customer and consumer insights.
Drive category development plan in alignment with Global category vision
Drive and consolidate commercial input process with full cross-functional collaboration taking into account regional needs and customer/consumer insights
Develop annual category strategic plan in line with overall company objectives and potential business opportunities
Transfer product knowledge to sales & marketing teams to ensure consistent understanding towards products/key concepts to be able to present a professional image in front of both customers and consumers.
Be the mains contact and communication with global BUs
Prepare and organize trade meeting presentations, tools and packages
Coordinate and communicate with global (and regional) colleagues for category plans, performance and review
Ensure products achieve target standard (list) margins
Implement seasonal preparation process to facilitate company business cycle
Conduct sample management according to the sample management process
Maintain systems and files such as: Master and calendar files / forecasting
Co-ordinate category communications, sports promotion, product, retail and trade marketing activities to deliver a clear and consistent message to consumers, athletes, the trade
Competencies:
2-3 years proven merchandising experience
Bachelor's Degree in business related discipline is required
Advanced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Strong team player
Integrity
Data analysis skills, planning skills
Communication skills, relationship management and empathy
Negotiation skills
