Job description

 Working closely with the project managers to provide project management support, including formulating action plans, organizing resources;

 As financial transformation and FSSC solution senior consultant, taking the role of Project Team Lead during FSSC solution design, transition , operating support and system implementation phases, Coaching clients team and junior consultant to deliver the deliverables and review the deliverables produced by them

 Communicating with the client management team via workshops, executive meetings

 Regularly updating the project status with the project risk/issue to the project management team;

 Supporting the Project Proposal Preparation

Requirement:

 Financial Transformation Planning consulting experience;

 Finance share service consulting experiences with finance accounting background, and MNC FSSC project experience preferred;

 FSSC system implementation project experience preferred

 Project management skills;

Excellent communicator, calm and confident under pressure and in interacting with the managers and our clients at all levels;

 Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

 Native standard and excellent Chinese writing skills;

 Good oral and written English;

 University degree and at least 5-8 years' work experience

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint

 CPA or ACCA preferred
