Job description

Responsibility:

 Taking the role of project manager at the FSSC solution design, transition and operating support phases, including regularly updating the project status with the project risk/issue to the management team，to ensure the project deliveries could be provi

 Working closely with the client managers to formulate action plans, organizing resources;

 As financial transformation and FSSC solution SME, coaching the project team members to prepare the questionnaires, research, workshops, solution design, SSC transition, system implementation;

 Coaching clients team to deliver some of the deliverables and review the deliverables produced by clients;

 Following up with the project pipelines, maintaining client relationship and acting as the proposal lead

Requirement:

 Financial Transformation Planning consulting experience;

 Finance share service consulting experiences with finance accounting background, and MNC FSSC project experience preferred;

 FSSC system implementation experience preferred

 Project management skills; Excellent communicator, calm and confident under pressure and in interacting with the managers and our clients at all levels;

 Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

 Native standard and excellent Chinese writing skills;

 Good oral and written English;

 University degree and at least 8-12 years' work experience, of which 3-4 years' experience in proposal writing / editing, and performed the role of proposal lead;

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint

 CPA or ACCA preferred
