Job description

The position is responsible for:

 Developing and Maintaining the client relationship, and following up the project pipelines

 Taking the role of proposal lead,

 Acted as SME or project executive, working closely with the project managers to provide project management support, including formulating action plans, organizing resources;

 As financial transformation and FSSC solution SME ( FSSC solution design, transition and operation support), providing leading practice and benchmarks to coach the project team to provide project delivery by leading workshops and site visit when necessary;

 Working closely with client management team to plan the financial transformation and implement the transition of share service Taking the role of project manager when required.

Requirement:

 Finance share service consulting experiences with finance accounting background, and MNC FSSC project experience preferred;

 Financial Transformation and Treasury Management consulting experience;

 Project management skills; Excellent communicator, calm and confident under pressure and in interacting with the managers and our clients at all levels, especially CXO levels;

 FSSC system implementation experience preferred

 Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

 Native standard and excellent Chinese writing skills;

 Good oral and written English;

 University degree and at least 12-15 years' work experience, of which 5-8 years' experience in proposal writing / editing, and performed the role of proposal lead, project delivery SME

 Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint

 CPA, ACCA, AIA preferred
