职位：Quality Supervisor
工作地点：亦庄
Ensure QMS meet ISO13485 and cGMP requirement, maintain and enhance quality management system through document control, internal audit, CAPA, change management to high level, achieve quality object and globalization strategy.
主要职责：
In-process routine GMP inspection and follow up;
Conduct internal audit and follow relevant action plan for NCs;
Follow up CAPA, change control, deviation control etc. with all functions under QMS requirement;
Support Document control and product release for BDA site;
Support Customer complaint handling and AE report;
Other temporary jobs assigned by manager

需要具备的核心能力 （即 KSAs）：
Good philosophy for quality management
Good communication and coordination skill
教育/经验要求：
Good background for quality assurance in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
+5 years work experience in similar position
Good English skill
College education background or above
