Main Responsibilities

· Work and coordinate with external vendors to determine problem and implement appropriate technical solutions. Monitor recurring faults or errors, analyse trends and develop relevant response.

· Provide first level IT supports to end-users. Handle user inquiries that require research, analysis and independent judgement.

· Ensure the quality services delivery to users efficiently. Coordinate and provide first line help service to users and perform associated helpdesk activities.

· Schedule and coordinate computer hardware, software, networking equipment & facilities installation or relocation plus site preparation work.

· Monitor and keep track of computer equipment faults; report and coordinate with vendors to provide maintenance service on reported faults.

· Perform support of Office Automation System and application systems and provide training to end-users when needed.

· Support and coordinate the procurement of computer hardware and software and IT related services based on defined work-flow.

· Update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware and software; perform regular physical checks; maintain procedures, manuals and other relevant documentation.

· Any other IT related tasks and services assigned by superiors. These tasks and services may be provided in non-standard hours and in overseas locations as required by the nature of the job.

Requirement

Minimum 2 years of working experience in respect of the following:

· Telecommunication and network support

· Client computer & solutions support

· IT Helpdesk & incident management

· IT procurement

· IT asset management

Minimum IT Diploma certification, preferred university graduate
