1：有一年以上淘宝，阿里巴巴运营实战经验或有团队管理成功经验者优先。2：有丰富的淘宝网店，天猫商城和阿里巴巴运营经验及以上产品营销策略、市场营销、网络营销策略等。3：认真、踏实、耐心的、积极活跃、细致的工作态度，良好的沟通技巧和组织协调能力，有很强的责任心和团队和作精神。4：懂网站建设及网站优化，善于利用多种网络推广技巧进行推广。
责任要求：1.负责网店整体规划、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统性工资。2：负责网店日常改版策划、上架、推广、销售、售后服务等精英与管理工作。3：负责网店日常维护、保证网店的正常运作，优化店铺及商品排名，确保引流转换率。4：负责执行与配合网店相关营销活动，报名与策划网络店铺促销活动方案，与网店客服团队协作，力争最佳互动效果。5：负责收集市场和行业信息，提供有效对应方案。6：指定销售计划、带领团队完成销售业绩目标客户关系维护、处理相关客户投诉及纠纷问题。
