Position purpose:
Data management
Position responsibilities:
The HRBO Specialist is responsible for being the operational partner to IT HRBO and HR for HR Strategy & HR L&D team.
Responsibilities will include supporting data transactions, reports, and ISE administration, etc. With the help of HRBO Partner, HRBO Manager and HRBO Director, the HRBO Specialist may also support various change projects and people development initiatives within the skill teams.
Area of professional exposure (technical skills):
Previous experience in handling key HR responsibilities like Performance Management Cycle, Work force planning, Succession Planning. Prior experience working with a customer base and providing HR business partner support at an operational level is preferred.
Key HR Processes including Performance Management, Compensation, Succession planning, change management, project management and working closely with the internal customers.
Job Description & Qualifications
HR Operations:
Lead the data matrix for the HRBO team including but not limited to HRDW/ CNav reporting, ISE tracking, master database, Succession Planning file, etc.
Responsible for headcount and system exercises including Genesis support, Competency Framework role code mapping, Brookfield Roaster tracking, Open positions tracking, Career Navigator Dashboard checking, etc.
Lead the regular headcount reconcile/monitor process with Finance, market HR, business operation, etc.
Act as the lead role in the HRBO team document/material filling on the SharePoint, W-drive, and facilitate the filing processes.
Individually coordinate the ISE approval process, lead and execute the ISE transaction process and onboarding/exit process
Other HR cycle/ status tracking, including on board support, probation tracking, dashboard tracking of key people cycle plan milestones, etc.
Skill teams’ hiring Related assignment - BPR Report, Hiring Governance, etc
People Development :
Complete all HR processes in line with the HR cycle plan for the customer base with the guidance from HRBO Partner, HRBO Manager and HRBO Director
Support the Personnel Development Committees (PDC)
Performance Management Process Support :
- Execute Ford performance review and performance management administration/ data processes
- Work with HRBO Partner or HRBO Manager to maintain data in CPO system
Pulse/ Engagement Survey:
- Support to make sure Pulse/ Engagement Surveys completed timely with quality
- Apply Magic tool to generate Reports and conduct preliminary analysis
- Assist to implement actions identifies as Follow Up plan to Pulse/ Engagement Survey
Compensation Planning :
- Support the annual compensation and benefit related processes according to the corporate guideline
Company Policy and Procedures :
- Role model of Company's core values e.g. Code of Conduct, Ford Behaviors
Organizational Development Work :
Work with the HRBO Partner, HRBO Manager or HRBO Director to assist the organization to undertake projects that support the business.
HR Learning & Development Activities :
Work with the HR College Dean to implement all HR Learning & development activities, such as managing SABA (L&D system), managing training logistic, pre-training & post training activities, etc.
Others
- Closely work with SCOE to achieve tasks which are assigned to HRBO
- Handle other assigned ad hoc tasks and projects timely with quality.
