Responsibilities：

1. Work closely with HR department in designing, structuring and execution of talent development system and make continuous and consistent improvement and comprehensive development opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline supporting Store Design & Construction Department

2. Career roadmap management: competency model for best staff and key positions. Consolidate road map for key positions

3. Succession plan: build up back up team for key positions

4. Hi-Po talent program: build up internal talent pool and key staff retention

5. Make action plan and execute accordingly ensuring implementation as scheduled

6. Take initiatives to communicate with team about TD plan, to do research, info. Collection and analysis, performance review

7. Actively provide consultation for management team about the talent development strategy if necessary

8. Establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability

9. Owner of KPI development and implementation

10. Perform internal employee satisfaction surveys

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or Administration related is preferable

2. 3-5 years HR related experience, Minimum two years HR management experience

3. Strong management consciousness and training ability

4. Familiar with different types of Talent management methodology

5. Open and optimistic, good communication and coordination skill, and able to work under pressure

6. Fluent in both oral and written English skills
