PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.China region business performance analysis, including gross to net revenue analysis, focusing on key drivers such as volume, mix, price, discount etc.
2.Maintain product profitably data and track on the variables which influence profit and provide suggestions on improving profitability
3.Support Sales and Marketing function to improve business performance and provide monthly analysis report vs. Plan and vs. prior year
4.Identify Market trend and Customer needs and provide financial impact simulation support for marketing actions such as pricing, discount and marketing promotion etc.
5.All ad hoc assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor or above degree majoring in finance/ business management / related areas
-Above 5 years working experience in finance/ business management / sales & marketing area
-Construction equipment industry experience preferred

-High level of commercial awareness
-Excellent excel and financial modeling skills, Solid analytical and business problem solving skills
-Independent, proactive as a self-learner
-Well organized and good time management skills
-Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented,Detail and result oriented
-Excellent communication skills ,Cross culturally sensitive
--Able to handle ad hoc changes
-Language : English or Korean preferred
