Overview
Sell and develop the range of Tyco products
Being the interface between customers and distributors, R & D teams and sales-markeking to provide technical support and support business development
Responsibilities & Qualifications
1、Provide high quality on-site service to customers (include machine installation, machine testing, machine troubleshooting and machine maintenance) ,meanwhile achieve customer satisfaction and optimal service quality.
2、Establish and maintain relationships with customers to make customer technical issues / requirement understood and addressed in a timely manner.
4、Provide technical support and to inter-company groups as well and co-operate with other function to achieve technical solution for customers.
5、Contact with abroad colleagues and specialist and source to familiar with how to maintains and operate the relevant machine.
6、Set operate to service contract with customer and promote spare parts sales accordingly. Have to complete annual service billing.
7、Contribute to maintenance technical skill training of the team, ensuring the team has relative technical capability.
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree with major in or above Electronic Engineering, Electronics Technology, Automation Control or other relevant engineering disciplines.
2、3+years relevant working experience, maintenance experience will be preferred.
3、Willing to work off hours and weekends to support emergency issue resolution. 4、Strong written and oral English skills
5、Customer Service mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6、Be able to adapt frequent business travelling.
7、Strong sense of team work.
