1) Lead business process optimization through innovative IT initiatives
？ Periodically communicate with key stakeholders, understand business priorities and challenges
？ Identify IT opportunities and propose innovative solutions with benchmarking industrial best practice
2) Lead project management to ensure IT projects delivered as planned and achieve related KPIs
？ Ensure IT projects execution followed ITPMM and local IT governance SOP
？ Ensure IT projects delivery with planned scope/schedule/budget
？ Ensure IT projects achieve predefined business KPIs
3) Maintain good relationship with internal and external key stakeholders
？ Build up long term relationship with key stakeholders base on trust
？ Periodically communicate with key stakeholders
？ Present project execution team result to management

Minimum knowledge required to fulfill job responsibilities (not actual CV from employee)
？ 5+ years’ experience in project management
？ Proved technical experience and understanding of the business application architecture
？ Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate business requirement into IT solution
？ Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
？ Good understanding and practice about stakeholder relationship management
？ Rich IT vendor management experience
？ Strong IT technical competence in respective areas, enterprise architect background is preferred
？ Excellent communication skills, including presentations and negotiations

Required education and/or specific certification/course
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Major on computer science or related studies
