Job Responsibilities:

The Finance Assistance reports to the Finance Manager of China Operation. Major responsibility of this role is to provide accounting related support and operation support for accounting team.
？ Prepare expense vouchers and payment request following financial policies and project contracts
？ Collect valid supporting documents in connection to vendor payment and consultant/staff reimbursement claim. Data input via online banking system for payment transactions and foreign currency receipt settlement
？ Update cash log on a weekly basis, and prepare bank reconciliation
？ Act as liaison between the firm and banks
？ Generate VAT fapiao and prepare courier to circulate invoice/fapiao to client
？ Tax filing and reporting with both local and state tax bureau.

Job requirement:

？ Bachelor degree or above , accounting related major is a plus
？ 1-3 years finance and accounting experience in MNC environment
？ Fluent English and Mandarin
？ Proficiency with Microsoft MS excel, Word and PowerPoint
？ Very proactive and can-do attitude
？ Strong problem solving skills, can work independently
