Organization: Management Consulting – Finance & service consultant
Responsibilities
Engagement Management:
1.Support the delivery of finance projects, including finance operating models, change management, process re-engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls review, policies and procedures, monitoring, corporate governance and reporting
2.Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of ERM implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training.
3.Work with client's business units, including Finance, Risk Management, IT, Legal, Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office to gain thorough understanding of the processes and procedures development.
4.Document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures
Domain Development:
Support management teams with analysis, recommendations and insights for business
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
1.1 + years working in the Financial Services Industry, in Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets (Big 4 candidates/management consulting firm candidate are also preferred)
2.1 + years proven successful track record
3.Fluent in English (Written/Spoken)
4.Bachelor's Degree is a must, oversea master degree, major in finance/accounting/Economy related are highly preferred.
