Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
1.Supply Chain and Operations expert who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement contract management, warehouse management, emergency management and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
2.Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives;
3.Service Strategy and Operations professionals design and build operations solutions for aftermarket (or maintenance) businesses to improve supply service commitments, drive incremental revenues, reduce operating costs and increase asset turnover.
4.Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
5.Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
6.Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
1.Experience in: Supply Chain & Operations/Service Strategy & Operations experience in global leading consulting company is preferred.
2.4+ years of resource industry related experiences (Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Utility and so on)
3.Good communication and presentation skill, able to work independently
4.Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
5.Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
6.Flexibility to travel
