1. AP Accounting (JVC)
应付账款核算
a. Book keeping on domestic invoices verification
国内应付账款的发票校验
b. Run payment proposal
每月生成付款报告
c. Book the AP payment and clear open item
应付账款付款记录及清账
d. Prepare AP relevant report
维护应付账款报告
2. Expense Accounting (JVC & ZKS)
费用核算
a. Check and book expense accounting document
审核录入费用凭证
b. Prepare relevant monthly report
维护相关报告
3. Issue VAT invoices from ZKS to JVC
ZKS开增值税发票给JVC
4. Sales offices accounting transactions (JVC)
分公司会计工作
a.Support sales office to complete relevant accounting work
支持指导分公司会计工作
b. Check sales offices all vouchers
检查分公司凭证
c. Internal accounting audit on sales offices
分公司内部账务审计
d. Reconcile sales offices AR and AP with Shanghai
核对分公司与上海的应收应付账目
e. Book keeping for sales offices’ expense in Shanghai accounts
分公司费用在上海总部的会计处理
5. Accounting document filing
财务凭证的装订及归档

Qualification and Requirements
任职要求:
1. Ensure entries booked accurately and timely
记账准确及时
2. Ensure the relevant accounting records clear and accurate
保证相关账目会计记录清晰准确
3. Complete all relevant finance and statistic reports accurately and timely
准确及时完成相关报表
4. Education
学历
a) Associate or university degree
大专或本科学历
5. Specialized knowledge
专业知识
a) Accounting Qualification Permission
持有财务上岗资格证书
b) Good oral & written communication skill both in Mandarin & English
良好的中英文交流能力
c) PC literacy, including Word, Excel etc.
电脑运用熟练
d) SAP experience is a plus
有SAP 操作经验者优先

a) 2+ years related working experience
2年以上相关经历

a) Be familiar with PRC accounting principle and tax policy
