Position Title: Senior Business System Analyst, IT – Creative Applications
Department : Information Technology
Reports to: IT Manager – Core Licensing, DCP IT
Position Overview
This is a Key Account Manager role acting as the “account executive” for creative team and licensee users of the “e-Business” function, Asia Pacific, primarily managing the process and IT solutions & applications to support DCP business focus on creative design and product development. The role calls for a highly competent and proactive person with well understanding on DCP Product Development business processes and the detailed workings of the systems which underpin them.

Responsibilities
IT Business Partnering
?Partner with DCP e-Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for value-added IT solutions.
?Participate in the specification and design of Product Development IT solutions.
?Communicate relevant IT information to operational e-Business system stakeholders at an appropriate level of detail.
Customer Management
?Provide operational and strategic IT advice and solutions as required to users and stakeholders of e-Business systems.
?Help to determine priority of e-Business system support and enhancement requests.
?Manage expectations of e-Business clients and IT leadership.
Project and Process Execution
?Design and deliver business process and IT systems solutions as required to support and enhance Product Development team strategy.
?For each initiative or project assigned, work with business customers to define high-level requirements, recommend process and / or technology solutions, develop associated business case, and execute the initiative or project through the full project lifecycle up to and including transition to support.
Information Technology Management
?Build and maintain a strong and detailed technical knowledge of the key e-Business systems as a basis for effective solutions design and delivery.
?Take ownership of the core global DCP IT e-Business systems – Online Product Approval, Digital Media Center and DCP.com – on behalf of the Asia Pacific region, and maximize business value delivered by those systems.
?Evaluate and manage the e-Business global IT solutions rollout and implementation across APAC region.
?Facilitate collaboration between the global IT team and regional e-Business stakeholders, and represent each group on behalf of the other.
