Job responsibilities/岗位职责：

-What: Provide training on all CPS products for Asia Pacific and other selected markets
How: Running a training centre in BSCE and provide additional training in customer location
Why: Proper training and certification program can enhance our partners and engineers knowledge to reduce unnecessary problem in the project sites

-What: Develop courseware for products made in BSCE as well as other competence centers
How: Create and/or adapt courseware which suitable for use in served markets
Why: Training materials shall be suitable for local needs

-What: Provide interactive training
How: Shall have good training skills and observe the real-time feedback from the students
Why: Proper training shall be people oriented

-What: Prepare and maintain the training equipment
How: Setup initially the training equipment and regularly maintain them
Why: Training equipment is very important for workshops

Job requirements/任职要求：

-University graduate in Engineering and preferably in Building Technologies
-Practical experience in HVAC industries;
-Working experience in teaching.-Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills
-Excellent training skill
-Excellent product knowledge in HVAC industries
-Experience in developing courseware
-Hands on MS Office Standard-applications
-Language: English - fluently spoken and written
-Language: Chinese - fluently spoken and written
