岗位职责/Job responsibilities：

-统计车间员工考勤 和异常工时，确保HR，财务、生产管理部门数据正确；
Respond for the workshop operatpr attendance, trouble shooting time stastic, guratee HR and FIN report accurancy;

-负责生产线质量记录统计和管理，确保质量报告数据准确;
Respond for SPC record stastic, gurantee quality report accurency

-支持HR相关医保等活动,为车间员工提供服务
support HR on other issues， provide good service to operator

-持续提高质量和效率
Continue improve the static quality and efficiency

-负责新员工部门级岗位培训
Respond for department new comer trainning

-完成经理交付的其他工作
Complete the task of direct manager

-Good communication skill
-Excellence ability for Excel , PPT.
-Basic knowledge on HR rule.
-Nice personal charactor
