职位描述

What are my responsibilities?
General:
- Acting as the central interface between sales colleagues, Chinese customers, SITL, internal vendor and all SLC infrastructure depts.
- Implementation of standardization and harmonizing of BU/Regional procedures for order handling within SLC across the various sales regions.
Order processing:
- Prepare contracts with standard terms, accurate MLFB/Quantity/price according to agreements between customer and Siemens, arrange the signatures of both parties.
- Input of customer's order list (MLFB, quantity and price) into SAP.
- Follow up customer payments (down payment / rest payment) based on relevant contract term.
- Handle or coordinate logistic issues (SO/PO/DN/Billing, Goods shortage&damage, etc.).
- Ensure the delivery reliability by correctly reschedulling.
- Ensure generation of TO with prompt billing and send the invoice to customer in time.
- Handle promptly for any kind of non-technical customer complaint and contribute/coordinate to solution.
- Liasion center between sales and customers, answering queries from both on stock and shipment or orders.
- Administration of contracts, agreements as well as necessary documentation.
Reporting
- Keep responsible order information updated accurately & timely, incl. backup period.
- Provide report/analysis for responsible business area when there is a request from superior.
- Input commerns in required reports timely, e.g. UBCARDP/OoH action reports.
Assets Control
- Monitor the development of TBD with prompt information of Goods Readiness Notice to customer and close communication with responsible sales and team leader about update status.
- Issue billing timely with correct&updated customer bank information to reduce TBB and billing cancellation qty in a lowest level.
- Monitor the development of AR especially overdue, share the latest information with sales, controlling BA, team leader and BU BA of further action proposal.

What do i need to qualify for this job?
- Education - Bachelor degree or above
- Rich in International / Domestic Trading related Know How;
- Understanding Contract Law and INCOTERM;
- Understanding Chinese TAX policy;
- Be familiar with commercial process and the result of different process;
- Fluent in written and oral English;
- Good SAP and office software knowledge;
- > 3 years commercial related work experience

- As one of the 6 sales regions of SLC Industry Sector, Sales, Region North (RN) includes Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia west.
