岗位描述Job Description： 负责与客户的日常沟通，加强维护与客户的关系，熟知客户的企业背景，产品以及全年在会务的投放。 熟练操作单个项目并有实际操作过大项目（300人以上）的经验和掌握SOP流程。包括与客户确认会议需求，报价，竞标，现场讲标，会议前期的沟通和跟进，会议现场执行和娴熟地与第三方供应商和酒店等沟通、协调，并按照客户要求完成会后的结算流程和在规定时间内完成项目的应收账款。 任职资格Job Requirements： 具有的能力要求： 1） 热爱本职工作， 积极性高，超强的抗压能力 2） 有亲和力，沟通和表达能力强，行为规范，仪表良好有礼 3） 熟练的英语听、读、写的能力， 有掌握第二门语言优先。 4） 熟练的office 软件操作能力，包括excel, word, PPT等 5） 有带团队经验，至少2年以上且同时带过2-4人。 6） 至少3年以上工作经验，特别为医药公司提供会务服务经验的优先考虑 7） 丰富的操作经验， 有单独操作项目超过300人团者优先。 8) 较强的开拓市场的能力及灵活和良好的处理问题的技巧
