主要职责：
1． 主要负责资产评估项目，能独立组织完成评估项目的工作
2． 负责完成项目整体组织安排，包括技术方案、人员安排、时间计划等
3． 负责起草评估报告，并能够达到规范要求
4． 评估管理、筹划和风险规避，培养和指导团队成员工作，具有职业判断能力
5． 胜任整体企业价值评估及各类无形资产评估项目
6． 可以与团队其他成员有良好的团队协作能力
7． 收集与资产评估相关的行业资料，帮助公司管理层领导维护公司的客户资源
8． 能妥善处理与客户、其他中介机构、团队内部成员的关系，能够进行团队内部各专业间的一般协作协调，完成领导安排的其他工作

任职要求：
1. 财经、机械设备、土建类、工程造价等相关专业，本科及以上学历
2. 具备中国注册资产评估师执业资格
3. 具有良好的英文听、说、读、写能力
4. 三年以上资产评估公司或相关工作经验，有大中型会计事务所工作经历优先考虑
5. 熟练操作计算机办公软件，熟练掌握最新审计、评估准则、企业会计准则及相关法律法规
6. 具有良好的人际沟通和协调能力、敬业精神、团队合作精神及良好的职业道德
7. 可以适应加班需求及出差需求


Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out business valuation assignments in different industries independently including site inspection, on-site data collection, market research and analysis, management interview, financial modeling and report writing
- To arrange work plan and time schedules, organise team members to complete the task
- Supervise and execute valuation assignments and activities
- Participate in client relationship management
- To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediate for due diligence and marketing
- Able to communicate well with team members, colleagues, and clients
- Support in coordinating and supervising the execution of valuation assignments
- Assist seniors with project pitch and proposal drafting
- Assist the growth and development of the valuation business in China
- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor; and

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in real estate, business, economics, finance, accounting
- A minimum 3 years of experiences in business valuation, investment analysis, corporate finance, security pricing, audit with international accounting firms/consulting firms/investment banks/private equity firms/MNCs
- Excellent knowledge in financial modeling with Excel for discounted cash-flow analysis, pricing of derivatives and other financial instruments
- RICS qualification or other related professional qualification such as ASA, CFA, CPA, CPV or other business valuation related designations is an advantage
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- High initiative with good team work;
- Ability to perform business development is a definite advantage; and
- Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within the China
