工作职责：
通过电话、邮件、远程、WebChat等服务方式为用户提供中文IT技术支持服务。
主要包括：
1）计算机相关软、硬件的故障诊断，排错和升级；
2）Windows XP、Windows 7操作系统，Office 2003、Office 2007、Lotus Notes、Outlook等常见软件技术支持；

岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，丰富的计算机硬件、软件和网络等相关知识。有Call Center或Helpdesk从业经验者优先考虑。
2、精通Windows XP 、Windows 7操作系统， OFFICE等常用办公软件；能借助知识工具准确的判断并排除计算机各类软、硬件故障；
3、普通话标准，有较强的沟通能力和服务意识；良好的工作责任心，学习能力强；
4、有一定的文字表达能力；

5、有一年一线英语技术支持的优先考虑。

Call Center technology support Engineer (Engish)
1.Core Responsibilities： 1) Provide IT technology support via Tel ,mail or remote tools in English. 2) Dignose some issues on hardware and sofeware and reassign technical problems. 3) Provide normal technology support on Windows XP、Windows 7，Office 2003、Office 2007、Lotus Notes、Outlook and so on.
2.Required Competencies： 1) Be good at english, both oral and writing. Communicatinon with foreign in english fluently, TEM-8 is necessary or passed CET-6 and have some working experience in English enviroment. 2) College graduated or bachelor degree in computer science or related with discipline, Well knowledge of computer hardware、software and network; worked in Call Centre will be priority considered. 3) Provide support with passionate and patient attitude.
