This position is on our Worldwide Digital Demand team. You will help to drive our global digital advertising activities through paid search (PPC), display advertising, remarketing and paid social media. This is a global role that will work closely with our regional marketing teams to share results, collaborate on optimizations and improvements, and drive consistency across regional accounts and activities. This position will work with our digital agencies to oversee our activity and spend, to ensure we’re driving to our goals and KPIs, and ensuring we are regularly testing and optimizing our digital approach. We are looking for a person with a passion for digital marketing that is abreast of the latest trends in digital media and search.

Responsibilities
?Collaborate with regional teams to share results, drive improvements and understand the specific regional nuances and opportunities
?Work with our digital agencies to review activity and spend, monitor performance and provide consistent recommendations regarding optimization
?Weekly and monthly management of digital marketing goals & KPIs
?Research new advertising channels, platforms or features that could help improve ROI
?Provide reports and insights across our digital activities including pulling data from Baidu, Google Analytics and other search marketing programs
?Work on miscellaneous digital projects and initiatives that work toward the growth of Tektronix and increase efficiencies

Qualifications
?2+ years of experience in PPC and/or display advertising is required
?Experience building and optimizing PPC and Display campaigns with Baidu; experience with Google AdWords is a plus
?Expert-level understanding of paid search / display campaign optimization
?Experience with Google Analytics
?Interest in new technologies and the desire to expand skill set
?Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus
?Experience with global search engines is a plus
?Solid data analysis experience
?Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
?Strong written, verbal skills plus an ability to work well on a team
