Overview:
The position is responsible for
establishing and maintaining clear, detailed, and frequent communication with
identified client contacts to support project implementation, launch, and
maintenance, as well as to uncover client needs and overcome barriers to
adoption.
Responsibilities:
1. Set
up and maintain strong working relationships with clients
2. Keep
regular contacts; document information received; analyze, understand, and
manage client’s expectations and needs
3. Provide
frequent, detailed, regularly scheduled reports to clients, ensuring that they
understand project achievements, focus, and difficulties
4. Offer
timely and effective action plans to mitigate project challenges
5. Support the management of market research projects,
including project design/definition, planning, schedule and deliverable
6. identify and monitor project KPIs to ensure that project goals are met
7. Monitor
the performance of assigned internal resources to ensure smooth project
operations
8. Analyze
the research data and feedback to identify the key factors affecting the
project targets, and provide solutions for mitigation/resolution
9. Remain
aware of and involved in internal work streams, and support operational work to
ensure that project goals are achieved
Required
Skills:
1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, including the ability to
grow and manage key relationships with Clients and to communicate effectively
with managers and other internal team members
2. Ability
to self-motivate and learn quickly, including rapid mastery of new software
applications
3. Distinct
service-orientation that demonstrates initiative, reliability, and flexibility
4. Effective
work habits that facilitate team work and foster a productive team environment
5. Positive
work attitude with an eye for details/numbers
6. Willingness to take on new challenges and go that
extra mile
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Fluent in written and spoken English
3. Minimum
3 years of related experience in market research field
4. Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) would be a plus
5. Proficient
in Microsoft Office tools
6. Some travel required, both domestic and
international
