Performance GBU, to ensure XX Performance Operations in Platform running in good status and achieve GBU
KEY CHALLENGES
Needs to optimize manpower in XX operation team as well as strengthen leadership

Local authorities, Key Suppliers, such as Power Plant.….
DEGREE OF AUTONOMY
Under the supervision and with the support of the platform General Manager, the position takes full responsibilities of his work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF HSE, QUALITY, WCM
HSE：
To manage and lead Operation team to be in align with HSE policy.
To set the team’s HSE target to be compliance to company HSE target.
To support Company Committee to set HSE objectives and implement.
Quality：
To lead Operation team to be align with Quality policy.
To implement ISO9001 in the team.
To support to set quality objectives and implement.
WCM：
Set WCM annual target.
WCM reporting – monthly, quarterly and yearly.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Indicate below the following
Education Level
Length of Working Experience
1) University Degree in Chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental or similar specialties.
2) Experience in Chemical Manufacturing for more than 5 years;
3) Good language on oral & written English;
4) Excellent safety awareness and good knowledge of and experience in HSE standards
5) Strong communication skills and executive strength;
6) Strong organization skill and High level of Autonomy
