Responsibilities:

·To deploy all LoB’s customer due diligence (CDD) model in an effective and on time manner

·To assist to deliver successful results for major programs. ie FATCA, GS and etc.

· To work efficiently with project teams/relevant parties/external vendor for CDD related projects /routine tasks

·To support measurement and improvement of input quality from across retail banking wealth management & commercial banking

·To conduct regular maintenance /checking of CDD related information in system, to ensure timely and proper input based on applications;

·To provide more efficient and effective services to improve customer /internal customers experience and increase stakeholders’ benefits;

·To conduct regular experience sharing sessions with teammates to improve their skills;

·To communicate effectively with team members and mangers, business units and vendors.

·Being able to identify and mitigate the operation risks, share with teammate the professional knowledge and to provide efficient and quality services under the premise of operational risk control.

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree or above

·Minimum 2 years' Related experiences

·Diligent and hardworking, good team work spirit

·Proficiency in both Chinese and English

·Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel etc.)
