验证工程师工作职责1. 在实验室里，为各类仪器设备进行安全高效的校准/验证服务。2. 设计可行的校准/验证技术方案，以最小的成本最大程度地实现客户的这类服务要求。3. 保管并更新各类校准/验证的记录及文件。4. 为客户及相关人员培训专业校准/验证技术。5. 到达用户现场为用户做校准/验证及适当维修工作。6. 保管和维护校准/检验设施。7. 向第三方服务供应商购买校准/验证服务。8. 完成领导布置的其他工作。
要求:1. 1-3年的GMP/GLP 或者类似的 QC, 验证/校准工作经验。2. 有能力运用有限的资源既快又省地完成校准/验证工作。3. 至少有2年以上的实验室工作经验。 4. 熟悉各类实验室仪器设备。5. 有丰富的 GMP / cGMP知识 及 计量知识。6. 娴熟的计算机技能。7. 能在压力下迅速高质完成任务。

Job Descriptions :1. Safely and effectively service, calibrate, validate and support a broadly defined scope of instruments as a Technical Validation Expert in accordance with approved procedures and practices, either by leading a specialized technical support team or as an assigned specialist engineer.2. Designs, monitors, analyzes, judges and recommends the best technical approach and support methods to meet customer technical needs that minimizes overall instrument support costs..3. Maintains proper documentation of all validation / calibration activities in accordance with approved procedures4. Provides technical expertise and training to junior specialists and customers.5. Travel to customer sites to complete On-site calibration, validation and repair.6. Maintain calibration and validation tooling investment.7. Sources the third party calibration and validation service.8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:1. 1-3 years of GMP/GLP and/or equivalent QC, validation and/or calibration experience with increasing responsibilities 2. Critical objective is to complete validation / calibration service demands with a limited number of resources in a responsive and timely manner at the lowest overall cost.3. Work in laboratories for more than 2 years. 4. Familiar with the general laboratory equipment and instrument.5. Knowledge of metrology methods, GMP and cGMP.6. Proficient use of computers and applications7. Ability to work well under time constraints and deadlines.
