Position/Title: On-Site Service Manager

Report to: Global Account Manager/Director

Education: Bachelors Degree or above

Minimum Years of Experience: 6-8 years

Responsibilities & Qualification:

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join the VWR on-site lab service team based in Shanghai Pharmaceutical Research company . This person will be responsible for overall operations of VWR on-site lab services provided in research labs and liaison with site support functions (e.g., Lab Operations, HSE, and Facility).

· Be able to manage entire site service team which provides on-site supply chain management services including inventory stockroom management, POU replenishment, Lab glassware washing, Goods Receiving, Data base management, etc.

· Lead internal business process review sessions

· Interface with customer’s lab manager and end users

· Discipline the service process

· Approve exceptions to existing process (commit new services)

· Motivator, trainer, leader

· Direct the various sites in a given geography

· Decide staffing levels on-site

· Implement measures to achieve process excellence, within an environment of continuous improvement

· Point of contact for customer for any service and product quality escalation and co-work with Sales, Quality teams in addressing issues.
