工作职责：
？ 负责上海区所有仪器设备的售后服务工作，包括安装、调试、维修，包括协调供应商对客户进行售后服务工作。
？ 配合验证工程师完成上海区所有仪器设备的验证校准工作。
？ 负责技术服务订单中保养、维修等工作。
？ 探索该区域内仪器设备预保养/验证校准等增值服务。
？ 负责联络国内外厂家，解决售后服务中的技术难题。
？ 支持外地工程师解决技术难题，并负责培训技师。
？ 负责起草和修改相关的安装调试和维修卡片。
？ 负责起草和修改相关维修保养工作所需的SOP 等文件。
？ 完成公司布置的其他任务。

招聘要求：
？ 大专毕业，专业为：自动化、自控、机电一体、仪器仪表、等相关专业。
？ 熟悉科研实验室、生化实验室、理化实验室常用的仪器设备，2年以上的相关工作经验。
？ 熟悉自动控制的原理和技术。
？ 能够熟练阅读仪器设备的英文说明书，能够用英文与国外仪器厂家沟通技术问题。
？ 较强的动手能力，较强的自学能力，且能够与客户和用户开展良好的沟通。
？ 具备较强的责任感和服务意识。
Responsibilities:
1. To complete after-sales service of lab equipment and instruments. The work includes installation, repair, maintenance, and service coordination with manufacturers.
2. To implement the lab equipment / instruments validation supported by validation engineers.
3. To execute lab equipment / instruments repair and maintenance ordered by customers.
4. To explore and develop customers who demand value-added technical service including preventive maitenance and validation / calibration service .
5. To connect multi-vendors for technical support raised by actual cases. And to provide prompt support to team members with the source from multi-vendors.
6. To record good knowledge and experience accumulated in practice.
7. To draft or update related SOPs for preventive maintenance, repair, etc.
8. Other work assigned.

Requirements:
？ Junior college with the major of automation, or mechanical & electrical engineering, or instruments, or some other related technology.
？ Be familiar with equipment / instruments in labs. More than 2 years experience with labs.
？ Be familiar with automatic technology including electrical, electronic and mechanical elements.
？ Be able to read English operation manual of lab instruments / equipment. And can discuss technical issues with manufacturers though mails.
？ Strong ability of self-study and research.
？ Be able to do good communication with customers and end users.
？ Be responsible, trustful, and be with the intention of service to customer.
