POSITION PROFILE (Basic Purpose of the Position)

l Support for the analysis of the company's various business processes and systems(Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Warehouse Management, etc) and automating them through SAP ariming at cost and process efficency.

l Perform engagement team activities, including data collection, data analysis, preparation/presentation of recommendations and project design/implementation.

l Support project manager on SAP implementation and go live support;
Use issues-based consulting and specialized methodologies, assets and work products to create client deliverables.

l Manages,implement and administer ERP Application Analyst setting goals and targets.

l Manage the function in analyzing and accessing fuction's technological needs based on th's business strategies, needs, and rquirments.

l Coordinates with IT functions on implementationsand enhancement of ERP systems.

l The Senior SAP SDMM Consultant is mainly taking in charge of solutions proposal, presentation, project implementation management and part of business development in Distribution, Life Science and Pharmaceutical areas.

l Focus on SAP Maintanence Projects delivery

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities (List in order of importance)

? Provide first line business support for SAP and other core systems. This will entail working flexibly as part of an Asian support rota in line with the standard procedures.

? Prepare and assist in data-takeovers

? Participate in project teams and international project work.

? Keep up to date with SAP releases and other technology advances so that the company can make best use of them as required by the business.

? Input ideas and suggestions, identifying the business areas where changes to business processes or new technology could benefit the company

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

? Has University degree in economics, informatics or similar.

? Ability to undertake training at all levels.

? At least 3 implementation experience of SAP or equivalent ERP (full life cycle).

? At least 5 years experience in SAP

? SAP FI/CO expertise is prefered

? SAP ABAP is add value factor

? Fluent in English is a must.

? Ability to co-operate and communicate successfully with staff from different countries and thus from different cultures

? Ability to manage his / her own time effectively and prioritise own workload
