职位描述
Position/Title: Accountant-Credit contorl
Report to: Finance Manager
Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Major
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
l Process accounting activities including SAP billing, revenue recognition, revenue cutoff, VAT invoice issuing, AR collection, sales revenue and gross margin reporting.
l Issue VAT and commercial invoice on time
l In charge of account receivable collection and book bad debt reserve.
l AR overdue collection follow up and escalation
l Create the aging analysis report for sales and credit control need.
l Give support to set up and optimize the credit control policy.
l Regular review the collection plans for long-term debts, focus the collection for overdue debts.
l Regular review the AR confirmation for each customer to ensure the security of debts
l Provide guidance, support and constructive feedback to other members of the credit control team.
l Other things related with credit risk controlling.
Requirements:
l Well education background with Bachelor degree. Major in Finance and accounting is preferred
l Above 5 years relevant working experience,Have finance analysis ability.
l SAP knowledge and experience is highly preferable but not a necessity
l Good at Mandarin and English;- Proficient computer skill with MS Office;
l Good communication and coordination skill
Have more motivation work and have the ability to get pressure.
