主要职责:

1.协助上级完成中石化加油卡会员俱乐部现有增值服务项目日常运营、数据统计；

2.协助上级完成公司各系统平台（网站、APP、微信等）的运行与维护, 针对项目进展,整理分析关联数据并提出周、月度分析报告,监控项目运营情况；

3.全程参与公司系统平台项目（网站、APP、微信等）需求调研、功能设计及业务流程设计，编写需求文档，确定界面设计和交互设计，配合技术团队完成产品开发、测试；

4.配合上级完成系统平台日常运营数据分析、挖掘工作，为用户研究、平台策划、平台运营提供数据支持，提出改善建议，持续跟踪用户反馈，分析系统平台业务数据和流程，提出改进方案，持续优化各系统平台功能及用户体验；

5.保持与运营部门密切联动，对数据库信息进行深度挖掘和有效分析，优化推广对运营和业务核心指标的贡献。

6.配合上级按照工作要求完成项目合同整理、合同执行、监督与付款；



基本要求

1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、统计学、经济学等相关专业；

2.有数据敏感度，有较强的数据处理、分析能力，有互联网数据分析相关经验优先；

3.精通excel、PPT的制作，熟练使用SPSS等统计分析软件；

4.喜欢学习互联网的新知识。
