1工作职责Responsibility：
The responsibilities for this position include the design and development of software systems for software install on client systems being built, using a range of applicable programming languages and tools. Follow defined software engineering methodologies and software lifecycle process, to deliver products within schedule and quality guidelines. Understand and gather requirements from business partners and customers. Develop and review design, functional, technical, and user documentation, as needed. Develop, review, analyze and implement test strategies for software products and systems. Develop, test, and integrate code for new or existing software of significant complexity. Provide sustaining or maintenance support to existing software either by implementation or providing guidance to less senior engineers. Design and implement source code revision control methods for products. Provide resource estimate and schedule for projects. Prepare accurate project status documentation for management. Define and implement actions for cross-functional process improvements.

2职位要求Qualification：
Thorough analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.
Able to lead less-senior team members in defining problem solving and debugging strategies for specific problems.
Able to code and guide others to code flexible, scalable, and complex programs using either written or verbal design specifications, with high quality.
Experience with multiple programming languages (C/C++, C#, Java, scripting language), operating systems (Windows and Linux, both client and server), databases, tools.
Able to achieve mastery of new tools, languages, and operating systems with some training and on-the-job experience.
Familiar with several software lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
Able to define and document how a specific software lifecycle and quality assurance method will be used for specific projects.
Able to effectively guide the interaction between business partners to drive the design and implementation of new and reengineered products and processes.
Able to serve as an effective cross-functional team lead for projects and tasks.
Able to provide training for individuals at a less-senior level.
Good understanding of hardware and software interactions and demonstrate good working knowledge of PC architecture.
Good understanding of client, network, and server interactions.
EDUCATION: BSCS, BSCE, or BSEE. EXPERIENCE: > 6 years
