(1) 工作职责Responsibility：
Summary
The Project program manager senior advisor manages projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, measuring & driving progress to bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget.
Accountabilities
Meeting constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality,
Allocating work among team members
Conducting periodic reviews to ensure project is on track
Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date
Communicates to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
Utilizing relevant project management tools, systems, and applications.
Defining supporting and/or driving process improvements.
Detail
The Project program manager senior advisor is expected to be an organizational expert within their defined subject area. They integrate deep subject matter expertise with industry experience, an in-depth knowledge of professional standards and current business goals and strategy. They understand the impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customers.

The project Project program manager Senior advisor will develop solutions to complex business and technical problems, through analysis, customer engagement and alignment of key decision makers. They leverage business plans and strategy to deliver goals, and execute to progress the business in the defined strategic direction. They initiate new initiatives to support the business, assess weak points in current business execution and propose innovative solutions to address. They lead large cross functional global programs that contribute to the corporation’s success.

The successful candidate will focus on enabling Dell fulfilment locations (Factories & third party locations) to fulfil configuration services, with a particular focus on supporting change inside Dell factories. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to engage in the extension of configuration services into other fulfilment models.
The successful candidate will focus on enabling Dell fulfilment locations (Factories & third party locations) to fulfil configuration services, with a particular focus on supporting change inside Third party factories, and aligning services fulfilment strategy to product supply chain strategy. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to engage in the extension of configuration services into other fulfilment models.

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Education
Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
