？ Screening, review, coordination and comment Tender documents with China Proposal Dept. and HQ legal dept/lawyers: contractual review, insurance, bonds format, misc. legal documents requested for tenders.
？ Translation/checking of contracts / legal documents (Chinese/English)
？ Review of bond formats for on-going projects
？ Follow-up opening branch offices / deregistration
？ Contract review: sub-contractors, consortium agreement, staff employment contracts, admin. Contract (car rental, lease, office rental...), etc...
？ Back charge contracts between XXX entities (transfer pricing issue)
？ Insurance: CAR, TPL follow-up + local insurance (building & offices) + coordination with HQ
？ Implementation of procedures and control
？ Preparation and follow-up of powers of attorney (tender bonds, project managers, directors and representatives...)
？ Legal reporting to HQ
？ Filing & archiving contractual doc. + legal library
？ Review of any other contractual documents with all the Departments in China (BD, Proposal, Engineering, Contract, F&A and HR).
