职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Responsible for tenants design communication and coordination work, review the store design and construction drawing, supervise the implementation.
负责商场租户的内装设计沟通和协调工作,包括并不仅限于审查租户单元的室内设计和施工图纸,管理落实到位;
2.Complete decoration design guidelines and updated regularly.
完成室内装修设计规范并及时根据最新标准贯彻实施;
3. Communicate with tenants and coordinate the shop hand over, review the tenant decorate plan and drawings.
与租户及时沟通、协调商场各租户的装修交接事宜,审查租户的装修计划和施工图;
4 Supervise tenants decorate progress, to ensure that the decoration completed on time.
监督装修进度及改动情况,确保装修按时完成;
5. Filing all tenants decoration documents.
所有租户装修图纸等文件的档案保管工作
6. Others tasks assigned by supervisor
其它上级主管交代的相关工作
任职要求:
1. 内装或工程专业
Indoor decoration design or engineering background preferred
2. 至少5年以上相关租户协调经验
At least 5 years above of relevant tenancy coordination experience
3. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力
