职位描述

Key Responsibilities
? Develop annual sales plan of cable business with each Opco.
? Work with Opco to identify cable business opportunities among Opco’s customers.
? Provide sales and marketing services to both Opco and their customers, to achieve sales target
? Execute daily sales calls activities together with Opco sales. Develop prospect list for sales opportunities, maintain active funnel. Qualify, follow up and close opportunities with Opco sales.
? Track the competitors information and marketing trend, proactive and creative in exploring market opportunities;
? Prepare and organize marketing activities & events together with Opco for their customers
? Support and manage Opco cable business, with effective inventory management to ensure proper balance, depth and turns of the inventory as company required
? Review sales forecast and project funnel, prepare and provide required sales reports

Job Requirements
? BA degree with 3 years’ experience in channel management or product management
? Experience in Wire & Cable or industry IT fields are preferred.
? Excellent teamwork skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving ability
? Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
? Initiative, self motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
? Experienced in a fast paced and result oriented multinational company environment. Capable of supporting a fast growing and changing business
? Think, behave, take action and control work and decision making in autonomous ways
