RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES:

1. Consolidate basic financial data and provide various weekly/monthly reporting of Asia Pacific

2. Ensure monthly closing is performed accurately and timely, and properly loading into Hyperion system.

3. Provide expenses analysis actual vs. budget/prior year monthly

4. Provide monthly result bridge analysis from budget/fcst / prior year to actual

5. Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecast package.

6. Other ad hoc reporting and analysis per request.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience, Certifications:

1. University degree in Accounting/Finance

2. At least 4 years accounting/finance working experience

3. Big four experience is a plus.

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:

1. Fluent in written and oral English

2. Familiar with MS-word/excel/powerpoint

3. ERP system experience especially Hyperion will be a plus

4. Honest and reliable

5. Detailed and analytical

6. Team spirit
