Requirements:

*Bachelor Degree in QS (Quantity Surveyor) or related field of study, and prefer 3-5 years or above experience.

*Ability of handling quotation in design stage independently, good computer skill in EXCEL and CAD.

*Familiarity with Beijing material market, M&E and ID quantities take-off.

*Priority for English excellent

要求：大学以上学历（工程造价或相关专业），3-5年及以上工作经验。能独立完成于设计阶段之清单报价，熟练使用EXCEL和CAD软件。熟悉上海市装饰市场材料行情，能收集整理设计之材料样板。英文流利者优先。
