Job Purpose 工作责任
- Develop a monthly/weekly sales plan to achieve the course consultant team’s sales objectives
- Daily sales team management including:
o Lead daily sales meetings with team
o Tracking and monitoring of individual course consultants KPI’s including appointments bookings, appointment confirmations, appointment show up (total/ratio), and total enrollments (total/ratio) ensuring that they meet key benchmarks
o Provide daily support to course consultants to carefully plan each appointment and coach through role playing and sharing best practices (“pre-demo”).
o Manage course consultants to ensure that the required follow up occur after the demo consultation (“post-demo”)
o Ensure that all daily lead and sales data is correctly captured in the customer data management system including tasks completed and events scheduled
o Run daily reports on the progress of the team’s across all facets of the buying process to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
- Be responsible for hitting individual sales/new enrollment targets.
- Reinforce the execution of Counselor Approach sales experiences across course consultant teams
- Actively manage course consultant teams to minimize refunds
- Communicate continuous timely feedback to the Center Manager regarding center sales/new enrollment performance
- Develop weekly/monthly sales reports to the Center Manager
- Support center manager to conduct weekly sales meetings
-Coordinate closely with Center Manager or Assistant Center Manager on course consultant team focus (balance new and renewal focus)
- Encourage best practice sharing within and across center teams
- Support center based and community marketing activities to enroll new learners into Disney English programs.
- Provide leadership to maximize referral-based enrollments
- Report any safety or security-related incidences in an accurate and timely manner through the appropriate channels.

- 制定每周/每月销售报表,并交给中心经理
- 协助中心经理召开每周销售会议
- 密切与中心经理或助理中心经理协调课程顾问的销售重点(平衡新单和续约销售)
- 鼓励在中心团队或跨中心内分享最佳案例
- 协助中心内和社区市场活动,使新学员报名参与迪士尼英语课程
- 领导销售团队最大化推荐报名的学员数
- 以适当的渠道精确及时地汇报有关安全和安保的事件。
Parent Care 家教联系
Learning Partners are responsible for the Parent Care program and play a critical role in the engagement with our parents to improve their child’s experience, learning progress and overall satisfaction.

- Establish and maintain Parent Care communication regarding learner’s progress by means of the Trainer/Parent Portal and ongoing communication during performances, phone calls, Parent-Trainer Conferences and Unit Report Cards.
- Place phone calls to parents or face-to-face communication a minimum of twice per term for each learner in order to update parents on their child’s learning progress, communicate center information and updates, answer parents questions and handle concerns.
- Keep diligent records of all parent communication in the Parent Care binder, including learner’s attendance, soft skill development, and general progress notes to discuss with parents.
- Responsible for regularly updating parent/trainer connection website with information on learner’s weekly attendance, progress, assessment results, photos and audio recordings.
- Schedule all Parent-Trainer Conferences, Make Up Classes and Remedial Classes. Provide both oral and written translation as needed during class and throughout the center.

Business Responsibilities 业务责任
- Through the delivery of guest service excellence and measurable academic results, and support of the sales process, ensure that Center performance goals are met through new learner enrollment and existing learner renewals.
- Understand the center business objectives.
- Participate in or deliver a variety of English Language Learning events as scheduled by the LLD, including but not limited to Demos, Referral Events, Center Events, Make Up Classes, Parent Seminars and New Parent Orientation Meetings.
- Regularly attend and participate in staff meetings and take part in professional development sessions.

- Participate in regular safety and security training and drills, understand and execute the center’s Emergency Response Plans.
- Report any safety or security-related incidences in an accurate and timely manner through the appropriate channels.
- Ensure a safe learning environment for all guests in the Language Learning Center and classrooms.

- Adhere to Disney English operational standards, system compliance, and DE teaching methods.
- Follow the Master Schedule for working hours and teaching hours.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations Teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth center operation.
- Provide basic child care services to individual children or to groups of up to 8 two-year-olds, 12 three-year-olds, or 15 four to twelve-year-olds.

Job Qualifications职位资格
4 years minimum sales related work experience with team management experience as a plus.
A passion for working with children and their families / caregivers;
Strong understanding of parents’ needs for their child in education.
College degree or commensurate experience required
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
