Responsibilities:

·Prepare China VAT filing.

·Prepare journal entries.

·Assist on the reconciliation between Golden Tax system, Source system and GL system.

·Assist with VAT input into the system and general VAT invoices.

·Assist in any tax enquiry related to China VAT for the branches.

·Assist in month end/quarter end/year end closing process.

·Assist with preparation and coordination of audit process (internal/external).

·Assist with Special projects as required.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ( accounting/finance)

·Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

·Technical accounting skills

·Previous experience in general accounting

·Proficiency in relevant accounting software (Essbase, Oracle etc.)

·Command of spoken and written English and Chinese

·Proven capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint

·Minimum of 2 years' experience in the banking industry
