Key Responsibilities:
· Support business in customer credit matters (e.g. credit limits and payment terms)
· Further, evaluate credit risks and suggest solution aimed to mitigate the risk exposure
· Invoice Preparation
· Manage claims/disputes and credit notes
· Coordinate information with GFSS & Service Provider
· Support the Service Provider in processing inbound payments
· Review accounts on credit hold and initiate legal actions where necessary
· Manage and coordinate communication with customers and all Sandvik stakeholders
· Manage the relationship with credit information suppliers
· Support intercompany reconciliation
· Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
· Implement and support the development of AR processes, policies, rules and authorization matrix/limits and provide Service Provider with information (e.g. for Procedures Manual)
· Responsible for supporting BA and Country Finance in the AR process

Qualification：

1.Min 4-5 years relevant work experience with specific experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control, preferably from a large global company.

2.Min 2 years relevant professional education (e.g. College Diploma) or Equivalent work experience.
