Responsibilities
? Grow and build a world class engineering team to evolve OxygenOS as the core software product.
? Drive engineering innovation and foster a culture that encourages new ideas and experiments but is ultimately result and impact driven.
? Work with product and marketing to align engineering strategy with the business goals of the company.
? Build 3rd party relationships to create a network of engineering partners and supporters.
? Manage the day to day execution of the engineering team along with the tech lead.
Qualifications

? 2+ years leading mid-sized engineering/product teams. 5+ years in the mobile industry.
? Proven record in shipping successful mobile products, preferably in the Android space.
? Expertise in Java, C/C++ programming.
? Minimum Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Science, preferred Masters in Computer Science or related Field, Ph.D. is a plus.
? Experience working at Android Framework levels of the software stack, android application development a big plus.
? Computer fundamentals such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Binary Arithmetic, Boolean algebra, OS frameworks, OS fundamentals, etc.
? Comprehensive knowledge and skills on operating system security and Android framework security.
? Bilingual in English and Chinese

? Preferred Skills
? Previous experience at a small to mid-sized startup
? Demonstrable contribution to the AOSP or an open source aftermarket ROM.
? Great product and business sense.
? Ability to assess impact, prioritize, and deliver
