Introduction
- HR Trainee offers you the opportunity to learn HR professional and personal skill training including HR professional Training,HR orientation training/Basic Comp & Ben training/Interview Skill training/Labor Law Training/HR IT Tool/Personal Skill Training
- Communication Skill/Presentation Skill training, and also the On-Job and real life experience within different HR core areas, do what they do, like HR Business partner/HR Operation/HR Functional Center/HR in Operating company.
What are my responsibilities?
- Rotation plan
- 1 year program with three different assignment
- one with Function Center
- one with HR Operational team and HR BP
- one with Operating company
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Preferred Academic Majors: MBA or Master Degree in Human Resources, Applied Psychology from domestic top/targeted universities, or top universities overseas
- Required technical skills: 1-2 years working experience(related to experience before master degree) in Human Resources fields, or internship experience in Human Resources field, MNC working experience/internship experience is a plus
- Capability requirement: Collaboration&Influencing, Results orientation, analytical skills, self-motivation
- Language: Fluent English both spoken and written
